**The Opportunity**  

We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Product Owner** with **4-6 years of experience in healthcare** to join our product development team. In this role, you will help define and create advanced healthcare products that meet market needs and provide value to clients. You will represent the customer, turning healthcare needs into clear tasks for engineers, and guide products from idea to launch.  


**Key Responsibilities**  


- **Product Vision & Strategy:** Work with leaders to define product goals and plans that fit business needs and market trends.  

- **Requirements Gathering & Analysis:** Understand healthcare challenges, customer needs, and rules. Research and analyze to gather insights.  

- **Backlog Management:** Organize and prioritize tasks for the team. Write clear instructions (user stories) for features.  

- **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Connect business teams (doctors, sales, legal, etc.) with developers. Keep communication smooth.  

- **Agile Development:** Join team meetings (planning, daily check-ins, reviews). Help the team stay on track.  

- **User Experience (UX):** Work with designers to ensure products are easy to use for healthcare workers and patients.  

- **Compliance & Regulations:** Know healthcare rules (like HIPAA, GDPR) and make sure products follow them.  

- **Product Launch & Adoption:** Help launch products, create training materials, and track performance after release.  

- **Risk Management:** Spot and solve problems that could slow down product development.  


**Qualifications**  


- **4-6 years** as a **Product Owner** or similar role, with **3-4 years in healthcare**.  

- Understand healthcare workflows, rules (like HIPAA, FHIR), and IT systems (EHR/EMR, etc.).  

- Experience in **Agile/Scrum** (certification is a plus).  

- Skill in turning complex needs into clear tasks.  

- Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.  

- Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical teams.  

- Self-driven and accountable.  

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
